Next Level CTE Instruction

Challenging, rigorous, and engaging instruction where classroom learning is as exciting as lab learning.  This is best achieved when instructional changes are driven by teachers working together to build cultures of achievement.  This session will catapult CTE teachers and leaders to shift to their next level.  We have planned an interactive and experience-based session where participants will have access to the best strategies of all four of Sandra’s research-based books to promote CTE instruction and best prepare students for college and careers through all pathways.

This session targets the Covid-slide that many students are exhibiting.  Students want to learn something unforgettable.  Sandra will help your team achieve this. The lessons, strategies, and structures shared here showcase real ways to re-engage students into active learning.  Participants will experience ways to bring industry and community partners, tech tools, and authentic PBL into lessons in several ways—encouraging students to become active agents for their own learning.
