Effective Early Childhood Instruction for the Young EL



This session will provide teachers and administrators a better understanding of how to design early childhood instruction to meet the needs of emergent bilingual students' language development as well as how to examine the critical areas of academic success. Participants will understand how to purposefully design instruction and include home-school connections specifically for young emergent bilingual students using multisensory literacy activities.
