The TEKS Resource System's Instructional Focus Document (IFD) can be overwhelming at first glance. Through this focused training, teachers will be taken through a model lesson as they analyze what the teacher is doing. Then, we will focus back on the foundation of the instruction, the IFD, and how this document helps to guide the instruction.
Teachers will then have time to team up and plan their upcoming unit based on the model and with each other's help. The workshop leader will be on site for questions, guidance, and coaching.
