This training is intended for all school district personnel who work with the National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program. We will provide the most recent updates from TDA, resources to keep you on track throughout the year, and remind you about important deadlines. We will cover the following topics:
- Application processing, DC list, and other eligibility requirements such as media release, letters to households, and meal pricing
- Meal Patterns, Menu Planning, Offer vs. Serve, Food Production Records, and HACCP refresher
- Professional Standards
- Wellness policy
- Smart Snacks requirements
- Health Inspection requirements
- Financial Management reminders, including meal pricing for 21-22 School Year
This training will be held at Region 17 Education Service Center.
