TIL Change Management and Strong School Leadership & Planning*



This training will serve as a preparation training for those entering in the Texas Instructional Leadership work for the 2021-2022 school year. The focus will be on how to strategically implement change on your campus. There will also be a focus on what makes leadership and planning strong and effective.


Important Session Information:


This session will cover Lever 1: Strong School Leadership and Planning from the Effective Schools Framework as well as the skills necessary to make changes through Change Management. This is a prerequisite session for those engaging in Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) work for the 2021-2022 school year. The session is also open to campus leadership.
