Stress and Anxiety in Youth



  • Define stress and anxiety and differentiate between the two.
  • Identify symptoms of stress and anxiety in the school setting.
  • Learn what to do (and not to do) to help students with stress and anxiety in the school setting.
  • Gain additional resources to help assist youth with stress or anxiety.
