Interactive Notebooks for English Language Learners: How to Scaffold Content for Academic Success



This session will be Part 1 of a series following. The series will focus on interactive notebooks in the classroom for English Language Learners. These interactive notebooks are tools that allow ELS to record their learning and develop proficiency with academic English and content. The interactive notebooks provide opportunities for extended learning, critical thinking, and language acquisition.

Zoom link will be emailed 24 hours prior to training.

Please have a composition notebook, spiral notebook, or paper available in order to create and practice some of the note taking activities.
