West Texas Food Service Co-Op Commodity Pre-Order Meeting

This workshop will provide West Texas Food Service Cooperative Members an overview of awarded commodity processors, pricing index for commodities, recommendations for both processed and regular USDA foods, and any other pertinent information at the time, such as product availability. This meeting will be offered on two separate dates, and you do not need to attend both sessions. The morning of each session will be an overview, and the afternoon of each session will be reserved for processing.
