ChemTeach Academy
2021 ChemTeach - The JOY of Chemistry!

An annual event hosted and taught by Lubbock Christian University Instructors.

Important Session Information:

This is an in-person workshop.  All safety protocols must be followed at all times.

Let’s remember the JOY of this subject we love and the students we serve.  We have all been through a rough year since the last time we had CHEMteach in January of 2020.  Let’s get together and share the stuff that has worked, the activities, routines and attitudes!  Let’s figure out how to make the best of this time and how to be the best teachers we can for the new atmosphere we are teaching in.  We will be masked and social distanced for this workshop, so the labs and activities will look a little different, but we will be sharing demos and mini-labs on a variety of topics.  Please be thinking of your favorite demo you could perform and/or share with the group.  Bring your own technology.

This annual workshop is hosted and held at Lubbock Christian University.  Capacity limits are strictly enforced. Please make sure your primary email address is valid in ESC Works as that is how we will communication with you about the workshop. We look forward to learning with you!
