Science: An Overview of CERs for Deep Scientific Thinking

This is an asynchronous learning opportunity.

Important Session Information:

Do your kids demonstrate understanding of science concepts while you are doing labs or discussing in class and then fail to do well on an exam? The answer could be that they are not applying their knowledge to a deep level that encourages them to explore connections and scientific understandings. The CER method will help combat this. This method can be used in Kinder through college and is easy to implement. This one hour course will give you an overview of the process and some examples that will help you understand how to start this method in class the very next day!
