Grading & Progress Monitoring for Students with Complex Needs

Important Session Information:

[NOTE:  LOCATION TBD BASED ON HEALTH & SAFETY NEEDS DUE TO COVID-19]
The process for grading the school work of typically-developing students is made fairly clear during a teacher's collegiate preparation and in a school district's policy manual.  But what about the process for grading the school work of students whose development is atypical due to significant cognitive disabilities?  During this workshop, participants will identify TxCAN and TEA-supported options for progress monitoring and grading for students with complex needs.  Join this workshop to gain knowledge, strategies, & confidence in the grading process for your students.
