Title IX Training

Title IX Training

Important Session Information:

The new Title IX regulations require the Title IX coordinator, as well as administrators who may serve as investigators or decision-makers or who may review appeals, to obtain training on the new legal standards and procedural requirements applicable to complaints, investigations and appeals of alleged sexual harassment. Training provided by the Underwood Law Firm will not only inform administrators about the new legal definitions and procedures, but will also provide practical guidance on how to effectively implement the new regulations in the context of a district's complaint and discipline procedures. Districts whose administrators attend and complete the training will receive copies of the training material for posting on their websites in accordance with the new Title IX requirements.
