CACFP Meal Service: Time, Methods, and Documentation Online Workshop






Participants will review best practices for the timing of meal service as well as identify the key elements of different meal service types and the requirements.  In addition, participants will review and practice required meal documentation including the required elements of a Meal Production Record.
