A Culinary Trio: Bread Baking, Taste Pairings, International Cuisine



This workshop will be offered virtually using Blackboard by South Plains College Culinary staff. Directions for accessing the workshop will be sent after registration.

Participants in this Culinary Arts Professional Development will be guided through the art of Bread Baking, the palate for taste pairings, and the cultural methodology for the use of various spices/herbs from countries around the world. With this PD, participants will have access to “step by step” videos showing the methods and skills that can be easily mastered and shared with their students, along with fantastic recipes that can be added to their Culinary curriculum.
