This 12-hour institute is for secondary teachers who would like to explore material which focuses on the significance of America’s founding documents and civic values, as well as the contributions of great Americans who were committed to these principles and exemplified these values. Topics include: the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Bill of Rights, America’s Civic Values, American Heroes, and American Citizenship.
