This workshop will be offered via ZOOM only. We WILL NOT meet in person.

No, you are probably not a reading teacher but you CAN teach literacy skills that lead to career success! In this workshop we will explore real-world literacy and communication skills required on the job and how to teach them. As a result of the training you will leave with answers to the following questions:

- What is disciplinary literacy?

- How can I increase student engagement and participation?

- Can I make time for reading and writing when I have my own content to teach?

- How can I improve vocabulary learning?
