CAN Professional Learning Community Meeting
VIRTUAL SUPPORT FOR TEACHERS OF STUDENTS WITH COMPLEX ACCESS NEEDS

This PLC is for Teachers of students with Complex Access Needs (CAN).  Meetings of the CAN PLC provide resources, news, information, and networking and collaboration opportunities to support teachers who serve Region 17's most significantly cognitively disabled students of all ages and in all educational settings.  Statewide leadership network for this PLC is Texas Complex Access Network (TxCAN).

Important Session Information:

This virtual meeting of the Region 17 PLC for Teachers of Students with Complex Access Needs (CAN) recurs weekly on Mondays at 2:00 pm via Zoom.  Each Zoom is recorded and made available for viewing, on the Region 17 CAN Connection Smore, for individuals unable to attend.  The Zoom link is made available by invitation to all CAN teachers via email to their SpEd Directors, and the online sessions are password protected.  Virtual attendees will learn about and discuss resources and information for serving students with complex access needs during the COVID-19 quarantine.  Participants will have opportunities to discuss and resolve service provision issues.
