Getting to the Core of Core Vocabulary

This training is designed to increase understanding of core vocabulary and how it is easily used in functional activities within the classroom setting. The training focuses on teachers, speech pathologists and other education staff working together to develop communication, increase appropriate behavior and promote academic progress for students who might benefit from augmentative alternative communication (AAC) supports.Participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning activities.



Important Session Information:

This program has been approved for 5 clock hours of continuing education credit by the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA). TSHA approval does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.

To obtain CE hours this session must be attended in full, no partial credit will be awarded.
