Template Training for Advanced Users

This workshop will cover the latest template from Omar Garcia with BOK Financial Securities. This workshop assumes users will have some familiarity with the template and terminology and will move at a faster pace than a similar workshop for beginner users of the template. This class will only be a half day, where the other workshop goes at a slower pace and offers more details on each item in the template. The focus will be on the changes from HB3 that occurred and best options for locating data elements needed to complete the template. The presenter will explain how various data elements impact the funding results. Please be sure to download the documents list and bring any copies of information you will want to complete your template. Districts will use their own data to complete a template so they will leave with a completed template.

Important Session Information:

Laptops will be available for participants to use or you may bring your own. If you do not bring your laptop or other device, then please bring a flash drive or another option for saving your completed template so you may take it with you.
