Online Gifted and Talented 30 Hours Foundation Course



This online course fulfills requirements for all 30 hours of the 5-day foundations training for teachers of the gifted and talented. It is designed to be part of the entire 30-hour training mandated by Texas Administrative Code, and should not be used as a 6-hour GT update. This professional development session is open to educators whose districts are members of the Region 17 Gifted and Talented Cooperative


Important Session Information:


Online course will run from March 1, 2020 until midnight, May 31, 2020. After you have registered for the course, we will create your spot in Canvas, the online platform where you will take the course. Your course facilitator will email you on March 1, 2020 with instructions on how to proceed with the course. You will work at your own pace and have until May 31, 2020 to complete the course. If you do not receive a course invitation on March 1, 2020 please check your junk mail filter or email Sabrina Blankenship at sblankenship@esc17.net.
