Keynote Session will be provided by Texas Tech University's Chris Cook, Managing Director at the Office of Communication and Marketing,and Matt Dewey, Chief Marketing and Communication Officer at the Office of Communication and Marketing.  They will be sharing about in-the-moment communications and the need to be prepared for any crisis situations and how these issues can affect organizations if not handled properly.
