STAAR Preparation for Reading and Writing

7th Grade STAAR Reading & STAAR Writing Preparation.

Teachers will be taken through Region 17 data to view where students have struggled in past years. As a group, we will explore reasons as to why there are struggles in those areas.  

We will then explore and experiment with different types of questioning strategies, excercises, and instructional strategies that teachers will work with to create their own approach to a STAAR Writing Preparation.
