This workshop provides a step-by-step process for making sure that students with complex access needs (low incidence disabilities) are being instructed in the general curriculum through STAAR Alt 2 Resources including the Vertical Alignments, Essence Statements, Prerequisite Skills, and more.

Important Session Information:


This session is for Frenship ISD personnel only; closed to all other districts.  TEA's STAAR Alternate 2 Resources page will be reviewed, showing the resources and how they may be used to assure TEKS-aligned instruction occurs in all Special Education settings.  A step-by-step process is described for supporting students with complex access needs to progress toward their individualized IEP goals and statewide assessments.
