Demystifying Dyslexia and Dysgraphia within the FIE



This two-day session provides an overview of the data-gathering, evaluation, and identification processes of dyslexia and dysgraphia within a full and individual evaluation under special education.  Participants will explore the definitions and characteristics of dyslexia, dysgraphia, and Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and will learn about the domains to assess for dyslexia and dysgraphia, including achievement, cognitive processes, and other related areas as part of the evaluation and identification process.
