Teachers will dis-aggregate regional and campus level data in order to collaborate on best practices for classroom instruction for STAAR review. Teachers will look for ways to individually target areas where improvement is needed for students. Ideas about how to build and facilitate group activities for a differentiated classroom will be addressed. Teachers will also see how formative checkpoints can be utilized to guide instruction and pacing. This 6 hour session will address the regions lowest S.E.’s from the 2019 STAAR in a way that can be adapted to meet the needs of any teacher preparing to review for the 2020 STAAR.
