Important Session Information:


Exploring Careers (Charting the Course for High School) is for students with a disability and in the 8th or 9th grade.  Exploring Careers will provide 8th and 9th grade students with hands on activities to explore careers, their IEP documents, and life after high school.  Topics included throughout the day will include Job Exploration, Reality Check, Transition/Graduation planning, and information from the Texas Workforce Commission.  Lunch will be provided.

Teachers need to register for the event and then email Elizabeth Archer (earcher@esc17.net) with a list of student names you will bring to the event.  Any additional adults (teachers, paraprofessional) also need to register.
