Action Coaching guides administrators in developing strong systems and routines for regular observation of teachers and feedback on their campuses. It provides a strong framework for developing teachers’ skills through regular feedback meetings and tools that enable consistent follow-through.
Cohort participants will participate in two days of intensive training over Rick Bambrick-Santoyo's Get Better Faster model of instructional coaching and will have access to ESC-17 Action Coaching specialists for two days of on-campus instructional coaching support during the school year.
