Texas Transition Capacity Building Conference with Texas A&M and TWC



This 2-day conference is an interactive team training in developing effective post-secondary transition teams.  The conference will be conducted by the Texas A&M Center on Disability and Development and held at the Region 17 Education Service Center in Lubbock.  Teams will work together to identify effective resources needed to develop post-secondary transition planning for students with disabilities.  This conference is designed for special education teachers who develop transition plans, Transition and Employment Designee's (TED's), diagnosticians/LSSP's, students, parents, and TWC staff.
