During this lively workshop we'll look at the most recent cases and thinking on the ADAAA and it's application to Section 504, stroll through a set of forms and procedures that schools can use to accomplish the work of 504 and discuss some of the new emerging issues, including the relationship of 504 and behavior plans, medical plans, and special education. Questions are encouraged.
