West Texas Food Service Co-Op Commodity Pre-Order Meeting
This workshop will provide West Texas Food Service
Cooperative Members an overview of awarded
commodity processors, pricing index
for commodities, recommendations for both processed and regular
USDA foods, and
any other pertinent information at the time, such as product availability. ACDA
(American Commodity Distribution Association) member will be presenting on
forecasting, new USDA/TDA regulations, and other important processing factors.
Vendors will be presenting exciting menu options from 11:00 to 1:15.
Supplies to Bring to Meeting: TXUNPS
Passwords, Processor Link Password, Labatt Login, Menu’s,
Laptops will be provided but feel free to
bring you own.
