Region 17 Bilingual/ESL Summer Conference
Title III SSA



Guest Speaker: Dr. Margarita Calderon

Dr. Calderon is Founder and President of ExC-ELL . She has over 100 publications and is an international speaker and conducts comprehensive professional development programs throughout the country to ExC-ELLerate language, literacy, and content for ALL learners.  Dr. Calderon will address best practices for effective instruction in our classrooms to support EL learning and academic achievement. 

 

Conference goal is to promote collaboration and enhance the professional growth of Bilingual and ESL teachers and administrators in the West Texas area by bringing in experts in our field. Our conference will focus on supporting ELs through best practices and strong ESL and Bilingual program implementation.
