Using TexQuest for Research Purposes

How to use the system for real research.

Important Session Information:

As teachers, we want our students to have a better understanding of research and valid sites to search.  TexQuest is a tool that many districts use and can make the research process one that students, and teachers, enjoy more!

Participants will be taken through the process of researching a topic, navigating through the system, and sharing out their findings.

There will be time to actually navigate the system.  Discussions of how to incorporate TexQuest into instruction, whether that be in the lecture, stations, individual research, or other instructional practices will be discussed, explored, and brainstormed.

Please come ready to try, to share, to learn, and to gain knowledge!
