Special Education - Evaluation Webinar Series
Play-based Assessment with Kellie Johnson



This evaluation webinar series is for Diagnosticians, LSSPs, and any other special education evaluation staff. The webinar series will have multiple webinars during the school year with topics related to special education evaluations.

This webinar will NOT be held at the Region 17 Education Service Center.  It will be accessed through your computer.  Please register through the Region 17 website with your ISD email address.  A link to the webinar will be emailed to you prior to the webinar event.


Important Session Information:


During this webinar, participants will learn about the rationale and procedures for engaging in play-based assessment of children ages 3-5 years old. The information provided by the presenter will focus on the composition of the play-based assessment team and roles of the team members. Practical information and guidelines will be discussed regarding ways to develop this assessment model in your program, district/charter school or special education cooperative.
