West Texas VI Cluster
Planning Meeting for SY 1819 Events



The West Texas VI Cluster is a collaboration of 6 Regional Education Service Centers, including Regions 9, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, and the Regional Visual Impairment Specialists at the 6 Centers.  The West Texas VI Cluster combines their resources to plan for and provide the following:

  1. school year and summer events of the Expanded Core Curriculum for students with VI in all 6 Regions of the Cluster, and their parents/guardians
  2. professional development workshops for Certified Teachers of the Visually Impaired and Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialists in all 6 Regions of the Cluster
  3. dissemination of Statewide Leadership and Regional news as well as VI-related materials for service to students with VI and their families, and for CTVI and COMS in the 6 Regions

This meeting is open to partners of the West Texas VI Cluster.
