CACFP 101 for Administrators



  • CACFP 101 for Administrators will cover the purpose and administration of the CACFP, focusing on key administrative requirements and duties that must be carried out. Administrators will also be introduced to the VCA standards paired with a high level review of basic financial management requirements for the program.To sum up the workshop, administrators will spend time covering the Serious Deficiency Process along with the National Disqualified List.

     

    Learning Outcomes Include:

    • Recognize the function and structure of the CACFP
    • Recognize key requirements and duties of the CACFP
    • Use the Square Meals website to access program resources
