Campuses that received an Improvement Required rating for 2018 Accountability are required to attend the Continuous Improvement Training.
Before attending this training, campuses should complete the Visioning Training. Registered participants will receive an email with the Visioning model link prior to the training.
This training will be offered over a 2 day span and will include the required training and campus work session each day for a total of 12 CPE hours.
Campuses will need to bring the Campus Leadership Team that should include:
- DCSI,
- Campus Administrator, and
- any instructional staff serving on the CLT. *this team should include a representation of teachers teaching on the IR campus.
The Continuous Improvement Training will cover the process for focused data analysis, guided root cause analysis, aligned strategy identification, and implementation planning and fidelity.
Campuses should complete the training ready to engage in the continuous improvement process for the 2018-2019 year in order to improve student outcomes.
