This full day training will cover the responsibilities of the Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) and provide members with updated information and requirements that must be considered in program implementation including: identification, placement, monitoring, and assessment decisions for ELs.
Participants will examine Chapter 89 revisions and review the LPAC Decision-making Manual for State Assessments.
The successful completion of this LPAC training will certify each participant as an LPAC member to meet required annual training.
