College and Career Readiness: Year At A Glance

This workshop will focus on the development of a YAG for college and career readiness activities.

Important Session Information:

In this session, school counselors and college and career coaches will work on developing a College and Career Readiness Year at a Glance (YAG). Participants will identify the needs of students and discuss how strategic planning can best address the needs at their school in order to assure a vibrant post-secondary readiness culture.

Participants will need to bring their own device and/or calendar for planning purposes.
