Effective and Successful Grant Writing Strategies
Writing Small Grants for Classroom Innovations



This session will provide practical advice to help prepare grant proposals for federal, state, local, foundation, and corporate funds to purchase data collection and graphing technology for classroom instruction.  A variety of resources will be provided to participants.  This session is not just specific to calculator technology – learn basic grant writing skills to prepare a grant for any materials and resources you might need in your classroom.  


Important Session Information:


Do you have an idea for a STEM project or other initiative, but need a grant to get started?  This session will inform you about large and small grant opportunities that can include technology, equipment and resources; expert speakers; student camps; parent programs; and even community events.  Learn how to access grant sites and begin the process of writing a proposal to fund the creative ideas that you want to implement.
