All Contracting Entities (CEs) participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and School Breakfast Program (SBP) will receive a Procurement Review in addition to the Administrative Review. The Procurement Review is to ensure that procurement processes conducted by districts/CEs comply with federal regulations and policies. Procurement Reviews will be in the same cycle as the Administrative Review but reviewed separately. This training will provide and overview of the general procedures, required documents and other important details.
Administrators, district employees that oversee or are responsible for procurement and purchasing as well as Child Nutrition Directors are encouraged to attend.
