Hank the Cowdog Book 2: Cowboys and Horses
presenters: Michelle Sedberry and Jenny Gaona
Jenny Gaona and Michelle Sedberry are teaming up again to bring you the newly released Hank the Cowdog Book: Cowboys and Horses. This workshop will feature a never released Hank the Cowdog book that John Erickson wrote featuring a story about life here in the panhandle on a ranch. The Ranching Heritage Center will be building an exhibit to feature this and 3 other books in this series. We have written a science and social studies curriculum to go along with the books. This workshop will feature activities you can incorporate as you read the Hank the Cowdog book in your class. Each teacher will receive 20 copies of the book after attending the workshop and electronic access to all TEKS aligned lessons.
