Important Session Information:

In this course you will be learning the importance and need for teaching students 21st Century skills. The major focus will include the Technology Application TEKS from TEA Chapter 126 (http://ritter.tea.state.tx.us/rules/tac/chapter126/index.html). In addition to the understanding of each of the overarching strands that exist K-12 as a requirement for all teachers to teach there will be many resources included to help you teach these skills. For each of the six strands you will be asked to complete an assignment much like I would have students do in the classroom. These assignments can be tweaked to use in any classroom at any level.
