Anxiety Management: Tier 2 Intervention Groups in Action



Supporting students with anxiety requires tools that are both practical and effective. This workshop brings Dr. Leigh Bagwell's 30 Minute Groups: Anxiety Management to life as instructors model each of the ten group sessions designed for Tier 2 intervention. Participants will experience the structure, strategies, and activities firsthand, gaining confidence in how to facilitate groups that help students build essential skills in calming the mind, challenging thoughts & building confidence. Each attendee will also receive a copy of the book to support immediate implementation in their own setting.
