CACFP Program Application for New or Interested CEs - Online



This online class offers an overview of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) application process for new and prospective CEs. Participants will also gain a clear understanding of the essential requirements for developing a CEs management plan.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Understand the CACFP requirements for new and interested organizations.
  • Understand the eligibility criteria for organizations to operate the CACFP.
  • Learn the 4 steps of the CACFP application process.
  • Understand the requirements of a management plan.
  • Understand that participation in the program requires program integrity and local, state and federal monitoring activities.
