Monthly Zoom Series for Transition & Employment Designees

Grab your coffee and join us each month for Transition Tuesday Coffey Chats— a collaborative Zoom series focused on all things transition! Each session will feature a different transition-related topic to help support students as they prepare for life after high school.

Work-based learning and employment

Student Led ARDs

Transition assessments 

Community connections and agencies

Self-advocacy and student involvement

Creative transition activities and resources

We’ll also share important updates and information from the Texas Education Agency (TEA), along with real-world ideas, helpful tools, and opportunities to connect with others doing this important work.
