Comprehensive Needs Assessment From Reflection to Action: Preparing for Next Year’s CNA



Prepare for the upcoming Comprehensive Needs Assessment cycle by reflecting on current practices, reviewing key steps, and planning for a successful needs assessment process for the upcoming year. 

Important Session Information:


This workshop will support participants in preparing for the upcoming Comprehensive Needs Assessment cycle by reviewing the key components of an effective needs assessment process. Participants will reflect on current practices, consider lessons learned from the previous cycle, and explore strategies for gathering, analyzing, and using data to identify priorities. The session will provide guidance on planning timelines, engaging stakeholders, and aligning the CNA process to support program planning and continuous improvement for the upcoming year.

 

This training will be provided via zoom.
