Day 2 of the Title I, Part A Program Plan training will continue building strong Title I programs by exploring the development and implementation of a compliant Title I Schoolwide Program Plan.

This session will guide participants through the required components of a schoolwide plan, its connection to the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) and Campus Improvement Plan (CIP), and the federal requirements necessary to support program compliance. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to develop a meaningful plan that aligns campus needs, supports continuous improvement, and meets Title I, Part A requirements.
