eCOE, PFS & OSY Training
This training provides Migrant Education Program (MEP) staff with an overview of the electronic Certificate of Eligibility (eCOE), Priority for Services (PFS), and Out-of-School Youth (OSY) requirements. Participants will review eligibility documentation, PFS identification and documentation procedures, OSY recruitment and service strategies, and compliance expectations to support accurate program implementation and service delivery for migratory students and youth.
