Mental Health Matters: Empowering Educators to Address Bullying Effectively



Bullying can impact many members of a school community and can have lasting effects on students' emotional, social, and academic well-being. This session explores bullying through a trauma-informed lens, helping educators better understand the experiences and underlying needs of both students who engage in bullying behaviors and those who are targeted by them. Participants will examine how trauma, stress, and unmet needs can influence behavior and relationships while learning strategies to respond with empathy, accountability, and support while creating a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
