Mental Health Matters: Two-Minute Resets for Educator Mental Health



Educators and school staff face increasing demands that can lead to stress, emotional exhaustion, and burnout. This workshop provides practical, research-informed strategies to help participants recognize unhelpful thought patterns, reframe challenging situations, and build greater emotional resilience in the workplace. Through reflection, discussion, and applicable tools, attendees will learn techniques to manage stress, strengthen well-being, and foster a healthier mindset for both personal and professional success. Participants will leave with actionable strategies they can immediately apply to support their mental health and sustain effectiveness in their roles.
